Annoying blocker/teamflasher

when he feels the need to be annoying, he starts with blocking door entrances, f.e when u need to draw back, and start teamflashing.
He does it whenever he feels like it. Its not his first time, and it wont be his last time also if nobody tells him to stop acting like a kid. Can i count on u guys to tell him ?

I do not know if this is of any importance, but I have noticed this quite a lot too, combined with offensive language...

Same guy, this afternoon. The round starts and as T we all wanted to rush grg. He just stands in the middle of the door so noone can rush. Seconds after he disconnects...
